This site collects very little, and says so plainly.

By default this site collects nothing about you beyond the standard request records that any web server or hosting provider keeps in order to serve a page and keep the service running. Those records typically include the IP address the request came from, the page requested, the time of the request, the referring page if there was one, and the browser user agent string. They are handled by the hosting provider under its own terms and are used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

The pages themselves set no cookies, run no login, and store nothing in your browser about who you are. There is no contact form on this site, so nothing is submitted from these pages unless you deliberately follow a link elsewhere.

Booking a call goes through Cal.com, an independent third-party scheduling service. When you open or submit a booking, Cal.com receives the information you give it, which normally includes your name, your email address, whatever you type into the booking questions, and technical details about your connection. That exchange is between you and Cal.com and is governed by their terms, not by this page.

Nothing from Cal.com loads until you ask for it. The booking embed is requested only after you click the button, so simply reading the scheduling page contacts no third party at all.

I receive the booking details you submit and use them to prepare for and hold the conversation. I do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing.

This site runs no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no social network trackers, and no cross-site profiling of any kind. Your visit is not used to build an advertising profile and is not shared with an ad network. There is no data broker relationship behind this site.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may be enabled on this site. It is not enabled in this build. If and when it is turned on, it is cookieless, it does not fingerprint visitors, and it reports aggregate page views rather than identifying individuals or following them across other sites.

The purpose is to know which pages get read, nothing more. There is no individual level reporting behind it and no way to connect a page view to a person.

If you want to know what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, ask and I will tell you what there is and act on it. In practice what exists is limited to what you sent through a booking or an email. A published business email address is not configured yet, so the reliable route today is the scheduling page.

Use the scheduling page to reach me, and say in the booking notes that the enquiry is about your information rather than a property.

Cal.com holds its own copy of anything you submitted to it. Requests about that copy go to Cal.com directly, through the policy linked above.

This site is for adults evaluating real estate and construction decisions. It is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, contact me and I will delete it.
